These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in promotional prize draws operated by Landlord Ticket Ltd ("we", "us", "our") via landlordticketng.com. By purchasing tickets or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age and either a Nigerian citizen or legal resident of Nigeria. Employees of Landlord Ticket Ltd, their immediate family members, and affiliated companies are not eligible to participate. Maximum 30 tickets per person per draw.
Tickets are sold at the price displayed for each draw. All sales are final once payment is confirmed. Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted in writing. Each ticket receives a unique reference number in LTN-XXXXX format upon successful payment.
A skill-based question must be answered before checkout. Only tickets associated with correct answers are eligible for the draw. Incorrect answers do not entitle a refund but tickets remain purchased.
The draw takes place after the advertised closing date using a certified random number generator. The process is recorded and witnessed. The holder of the winning ticket number will be notified by email within 48 hours.
The prize is the property described for the relevant draw. Transfer is subject to verification of winner identity, eligibility, and completion of legal documentation. We reserve up to 90 days to complete property transfer.
All payments are processed securely via Paystack. We do not store card details. Refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Landlord Ticket Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our draws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
